Terms and Conditions for Enclaim Partner Onboarding

By accepting this agreement, the partner agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Bill Approvals

All submitted bills will be reviewed and approved by the Enclaim Team. The partner agrees to abide by and accept the list of approved bills as finalized by the Enclaim Team.

2. Payment Schedule

Payments for claim amounts must be made to Enclaim within the first week of every month. Failure to make payments within the specified time frame will result in the automatic cancellation of the cashback offer.

3. Malpractice and Termination

Enclaim reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately if any form of malpractice or fraudulent activity is detected.

4. Cancellation Policy

Partners may cancel this agreement within 14 days of signing, subject to a penalty payment as determined by Enclaim based on the nature of the business and prior agreements.

5. Agreement Termination by Enclaim

Enclaim reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, providing written notice to the partner.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved amicably through discussions. If unresolved, the matter will be escalated to arbitration under the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of Enclaim's registered office.

7. Modifications to Terms

Enclaim reserves the right to update or modify these terms with prior notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

8. Confidentiality

Partners agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of this agreement.
